"I love Willard Vet! I have been bringing my dog there since I moved to the area and I have had nothing but great experiences . The staff has been exceptional and makes my nervous pooch quite at ease. They are very knowledgeable and treat my dog with respect. They have been nothing but gentle with him while examining him even though he is quite large and a little skiddish. I would recommend Willard Vet to all my friends and family."

We do our very best to hold ourselves to the highest code of conduct as a business. We have received no complaints from other businesses in the area, and are accredited as such.

"I had an excellent experience with this vet clinic. My senior dog has been very stressed from a move across the country and the clinic staff (office staff and vet techs) and Dr. Sarah Lentini did a FANTASTIC job of handling and assessing my dog's current state of health as well as providing encouragement and guidance for me in dealing with how to get him more stabilized in a new environment. I received three informative and very nice followup calls over the next 2 days with additional information about the dog's health based on tests that they had given him (my dog has several health issues as he is 15 yrs old). Their hours are well extended for all sorts of work schedules.

I thought the prices at this clinic were VERY reasonable based on my experience with several pets that have been treated over several years for all sorts of issues in other places we've lived.

Wholeheartedly recommend!

"Years ago when my 16 year old dog was a puppy, I brought her to Willard Veterinary Clinic. At that time I lived in Wollaston. I was always happy with the doctors and staff, but with moving out of the area it just didn't make sense to travel from North of Boston to have the dog seen for her annual check-ups and shots.
Last year I had a nightmare experience with a
[Different] local veterinary hospital and not only was I treated poorly as a client, the bill was outrageous, countless test and they didn't have a clue what was wrong with my pup. After the fact I found out it was a very common problem with small puppies if their sugar levels drop which all the breeder and veterinaries seemed to know about. I question why this office needed to run so many needless test. The place was like a factory and none of the staff/doctors had a personal touch. No one seemed to care that my little puppy may die. The major concern was that they had my credit card so they could charge me $1,500 to cover 24 hours for a puppy they said may not survive. The good news is the pup did survive and they only charge me $1,150.
To make a long story short, all vet clinics are not the same! I decided an alert and knowledgeable doctor and staff in a very warm and caring atmosphere was worth driving 25 + miles. Since that time, my older dog (16 yo) needed to be euthanized. We were heartbroken but were amazed with the love and treatment our dog received on that very sad day. Everyone in the clinic showed so much love towards us and our dog.
Most of us feel veterinary bills are too high. Since dogs and cats can't tell the doctor what's wrong possibly more tests are required. My dogs are like my children, so I believe it's important to go to a doctor that not only exams my pet but educates me as the owner for health issues to watch in my dog.
I wish I lived in Quincy, but I won't complain driving to Quincy for the BEST!

"This is one of the few remaining animal clinics in which common sense and caring is more important that money. Owner Dr. Connelley is a pleasure to work with as she takes care of my animals in various stages of disease and health. At every visit I come away knowing more about animals and their behavior. For animal dentistry, they have access to a trained human dentist for additional consultation. A fabulous experience. Bring your animal here before all the little clinics are swallowed by the for profit vet chains!"
