This Halloween, Willard Veterinary Clinic, located in Quincy, MA, held its First Annual Willard Veterinary Clinic “Here’s Waldo” Halloween Costume Contest. And the results were fantastic. In fact, the entries were so creative and fun that the judges were unable to determine a hands-down winner. The contest ran through the month of October, with judging just after Halloween.

The “Here’s Waldo” contest was named after Dr. Meg Connelly’s poodle, Waldo, who just loves wearing his “Waldo” costume from the famous children’s book, Where’s Waldo?.

“At Willard Vet, we love Halloween. Almost more than dressing up ourselves, we love seeing our client pets dressed up. Our community pet parents are some of the most creative around and we wanted to give them a platform to showcase the fantastic costumes they put on their pets,” said Dr. Connelly. “We were so thrilled with all of the entries that we decided to award first prize to six of the entrants!”

The first-place winners in no particular order are:

Austin Powers as a bee, a devil, and a hotdog

As a result of the judging, each of these six entrants will receive the first-place prize. “Thanks to everyone who participated in this fun contest. We are looking forward to our next contest and hope that even more of our pets will participate," said Dr. Connelly.
